In 2009, a pivotal moment in our history arrived as we underwent a transformative process—a Management Buy-Out (MBO) that led to the emergence of ad fontes. With this strategic move, we transitioned into an independent entity, the ad fontes Initiator GmbH.
This evolution marked a new chapter in our corporate story, one characterized by autonomy, innovation, and a renewed commitment to delivering excellence.
